摘 要:通过对中成药生产废水特点的分析,结合原有污水处理站工艺及多家同类污水站的实践经验,提出采用两级A/O+絮凝沉淀工艺处理中成药废水。通过水解酸化可提高废水的可生化性,便于进一步降解有机污染物;接触氧化法具有适应性强、氧利用率高、产生污泥量较少等特点。运行结果表明,出水COD、BOD5、SS、色度均满足污水综合排放标准(GB 8978-1996)二级标准,采用该组合工艺处理中成药生产废水,可满足中成药制药废水水量、水质波动大的要求,在技术和经济上可行。The two-level A/O+coagulation sedimentation process, for treatment of traditional Chinese patent medicine wastewater, was performed according to the analysis of Chinese patent medicine wastewater Characteristics combination with the existing sewage treatment station technology and a number of similar sewage station practice experience. The hydrolytic acidification can improve the biodegradability of wastewater, which is convenient for the further degradation of organic pollutant. Contact oxidation method has some characteristics, such as strong adaptability, high utilization rate of oxygen, low sludge production, etc. The running results show that: COD, BODs, SS, and chroma of effluent both meet the second level of "integrated wastewater discharge standard" (GB 8978-- 1996). Adopting the combined process for treatment of offieinal production wastewater can meet the requirements for waste water quantity and water quality fluctuation, which is feasible in technology and economy.
