摘 要:对粉末冶金烧结和热压工艺制备的两种辐射取向环进行了磁环和装机对比测试。不同测试温度下,热压辐射环的静态磁性能均优于烧结辐射环。相同充磁电流下,同尺寸的热压辐射环圆周磁通比烧结辐射环提高近50%。将两种辐射环装入同一圆柱型音圈电机,相同测试条件下,热压环电机比烧结环电机增大了15%的推力,且到达80℃截止温度的时间延长一倍以上,测试结果表明高性能辐射环可有效提高圆柱型音圈电机的性能。Made in the sintered and the hot-pressed process, the two kinds of radially oriented ring magnets and mo- tors using them were compared. The instinct magnetic properties of the hot-pressed rings are better than those of the sin- tered rings at different temperature. Compared with the same dimensions of the sintered rings, the flux around the hot- pressed rings increased nearly 50% at the same magnetized current. Then the two kinds of radially oriented rings were as- sembled to the same cylindrical voice coil motor. Compared with the motor with the sintered ring magnets, the motor with the hot-pressed ring magnets increased 15% force and more than 100% time before stopped at 80℃ in the same testing condi- tion. These results show that high performance radially oriented ring magnets are critical for the cylindrical voice coil motor.
