摘  要:目前,盐湖卤水提锂是锂盐生产的主导,其各个工艺路线可归纳为制取富锂卤水、锂镁分离、碳酸锂沉淀3个过程,其中锂镁分离步骤最为关键。对自然分离法、碳酸盐沉淀法、煅烧浸取法、离子交换吸附法这4种镁锂分离方法的基本原理和在卤水提锂工业生产中的应用做了详细分析对比,讨论了各方法的使用范围,探讨了高镁锂比卤水分段除镁的通用方法,以期对中国盐湖锂资源开发工艺的选择提供技术借鉴。At present ,the lithium extraction from the brine of salt lakes has dominated the lithium production and its process- es can be divided into three main steps,i.e.l) preparation of brine with high concentration of Li;2)separation of Li from Mg rich brines ; and 3)precipitation of lithium carbonate.In which the second step is the most important. Current separation pro- cesses mainly use four different methods:natural separation ,carbonate precipitation ,roasting-leaching separation ,and ion exchange-adsorption process.The principles and industrial applications of these four methods have been compared and ana- lyzed in detail, and their application scope as well as the common method for sectionally removing magnesium from high mag- nesium-lithium ratio brine was also diseussed.h was expected that this study can he used as a technical reference for the se- lection of proper process in the development of salt lake lithium resources of China.
