摘 要:江陵凹陷深层卤水储量初步估计达1×109m3,卤水平均含溴量为156 mg/L,溴离子总储量约为1.56万t,具有巨大的开发利用价值。对江陵凹陷深层卤水提溴进行了研究,采用空气吹出法提溴,考察了氧化电位、鼓气速度、吹出时间、吸收剂浓度等因素对溴吹出效果的影响,得到适宜的提溴条件:氧化电位为960~980 mV,鼓气速度为1 m3/h,吹出时间为15 min,吸收剂Na2SO3的质量分数为25%。该法设备简单,操作方便,易于实现机械化、自动化,为深层卤水中溴的工业化生产提供了必要的参考依据。A preliminary estimate about brine reserves in deep subsidence formation of Jiangling is over 1 xl09m3, the average bromine content in the brine is 156 mg/L,and the total reserves of bromide ion is about 15 600 t.So it has huge development and utilization value.How to extract bromine from the brine in Jiangling deep subsidence formation was studied.Air blowing method was employed to extract bromine and the influences of oxidation potential,air-blowing speed, blowing time,and absorber concentration ete.on the bromine-blowing effect were investigated.The optimum conditions were obtained as follows : the oxidation potential was 960-980 mV ,air-blowing velocity was 1 m3/h,blowing time was 15 min,and mass fraction of absorber Na2SO3 was 25% .The method has simple equipment,is easy to operate,and easy to realize mechanization and automation, providing a necessary reference for the industrial production of bromine from deep brine.
