摘 要:探讨圆柱形立体机织物的设计要点,并进行了试织。以平纹为基础组织,55.6 tex涤纶长丝为经纬纱,采用压扁竖线,与横线组成两层和四层织物的方法。通过经纬纱自身的接结技术,组合适当的各层经纱排列比例,并且优选一定的投梭路径,成功开发了多层组织结构的新型圆柱形立体机织物。认为:该织物意在用于土木建筑的梁柱基布,其应用性能还有待进一步研究。Key points in design cylindrical three dimensional fabric were discussed. Plain weave was selected as basic weave,55.6 tex polyester filament was selected as warp and weft. Method of making vertical lines lay-flat and then forming fabric of 2 to 4 layers with the horizontal lines was adopted. Through using weft and warp stitching technique, combining proper each layer warp arrangement proportion, chosing certain picking route, muhi-layes new cylindrical three dimensional woven fabric was developmented successfully. It is considered that the fabric can be used for beam-column base fabric in civil engineering and architecture, the application property should be improved in further.
