摘 要:探讨清棉工序开松度的测试方法以及对成纱质量的影响。以纺R 19.7 tex为例,通过调整抓棉机工艺和提高打手刀片锐度,使清棉工序的开松度提高了51.3个百分点,条干CV降低了1.46个百分点,毛羽指数H降低了0.91,常发性纱疵大幅降低。分析指出:在清棉工序,开松度是一个不可缺少的测试指标,清棉成品开松度以达到95%左右为宜。认为提高清棉工序开松度可以改善成纱质量。Test method of opening degree in picking process and the effect on yam quality were discussed. Taking R 19.7 rex yarn as example,opening degree in picking process was increased 51.3 percentage points,evenness CV was reduced 1.46 percentage points ,hairiness H index was reduced O. 91 ,frequent yarn defects was reduced greatly through adjusting plucker processing and improving beater blade sharpness. The analyses pointed out that in picking process, o- pening degree is one indispensable test index ,the opening degree is suitable to be about 95%. It is considered that yarn quality can be improved by increasing opening degree in picking process.
