摘　　要：探讨Modal纤维品种的纺纱技术措施。通过清梳联流程改造以实现Modal纤维品种在清梳联工序优质、高产以及稳定的批量化生产,其工艺宜采用"多松少打、以梳代打、充分开松、少落、低车速"的原则;并粗和细纱工序采取"大隔距、低车速、小定量"的工艺原则,并优选主要纺纱器材;同时加强各工序温湿度控制,最终使Modal纤维品种取得了较好的纺纱效果。认为采用清梳联流程加工纤维素纤维是可行的。Spinning technology measrues of Modal were discussed. Higher quality and output,stable mass production of Modal fiber product was realized by blowing-carding modification. Processing principle of more loose less beater, more carding less beater,fully opening,less noil,lower speed was proper. Processing principle of larger gauge,lower speed and less weight per unit should be adopted in drawing,roving and spinning process. Main spinning component should be opti- mized. Temperature ＆ humidity in each process should be controlled well. Finally better spinning effect of Modal fiber product can be got. It is considered that it is feasible to adopt blowing-carding processing to produce cellulose fiber.
