摘　　要：探讨芳纶混纺带电作业屏蔽服织物的开发要点。介绍了带电作业屏蔽服织物主要技术指标,经纱和纬纱均选用两根芳纶1313纤维/阻燃粘胶纤维/不锈钢纤维40/30/30 22.5 tex纱与一根0.030 mm金属长丝并捻股线,分析了生产中浆纱和织造要点,最终使开发织物的各项性能指标均符合GB/T 6568—2008《带电作业屏蔽服装》标准要求,其服用舒适性符合功能性服装的参照标准要求。Development key points of aramid blended live working shielding clothing fabric were discussed. Main technology indexes of live working shielding clothing fabric were introduced. Two twisted plies of aramidl313/flame re- tardant viscose fiber/stainless steel fiber 40/30/30 22. 5 tex yarn and one 0.03 mm metal filament were used as warp and weft. Key points in sizing and weaving were analyzed. Finally each indexes of the fabric can reach standard demands of GB/T6568-2008 Live Working Shielding Clothing. The wearing comfort can suit to reference standard requirements of functional clothing.
