摘　　要：完善创新机制,推动广东生物医药产业的发展,使生物医药产业成为提高社会健康水平、促进经济建设发展的新途径。通过总结考察美国休斯敦生物医药产业发展情况,对美国生物医药产业发展的核心特征与成长过程进行研究,针对广东生物医药产业发展现状和不足,探讨广东生物医药产业的发展进程,提出通过加强创新能力建设、优化产业布局、加大政策扶持力度、发展生物医药服务业、完善人才激励机制等途径推动广东生物医药产业发展。In order to promote the development of Guangdong bio - medicine industry , it needs to perfect the innovation mechanism , making a new way to improve social health level and promote economic construction. Through summing up the situation of Houston of United States of biological medicine industry development of America, the paper draws lessons t^om the core features and growth process of America biological medicine industry , then it explores development process of the biological medicine industry according to the development status and the insufficiency bio - medicine industry of Guangdong province . Finally , the paper puts forward some proposals in strengthening the construction of innovation ability, optimi- zing the industrial structure, strengthening policy support, developing the service industry of biological medicine, perfecting the personnel incentive mechanism and so on so as to promote the biological medicine industry in Guangdong.
