摘　　要：创意产业具有趋向于在特定地区集聚并形成专业化生产的特点。城市是区域创意产业发展的理想集聚地,创意产业集群可以为城市经济提供可持续发展动力。发挥集群优势是创意产业集群系统演进的动力,知识共享、信息交流、集成创新促进了创意产业集群的形成。我国创意产业集群必须实施产业引导战略、产业培育战略、产业扶持战略和产业保护战略。The creative industry has the tendency to assemble and form specialized production in the specific area, the city is the ideal agglomeration for regional creative industry, the creative industry cluster can provide power for sustainable de- velopment of city economy, cluster advantage is the evolution dynamics of creative industrial cluster. Knowledge sharing, information exchange and integrated innovation promote the formation of creative industry cluster. Chinag creative industries cluster should carry out industrial zuiding, cultivation, sunoon and Protection strnte^i~s_
