摘　　要：根据生物技术和产业融合情况,将生物产业的发展历史划分为四个阶段,并在此基础上,通过比较生物产业国内外发展水平和国外发展政策,分析与总结发达国家生物产业成功的发展经验,认为生物产业的发展是历史必然选择,发展中国家应结合自身实际,充分借鉴发达国家经验,以造福人类为宗旨,加快其发展。According to the integration situation of biotechnology and industrial, biotechnology industry is divided into four stages. On this basis, through the comparative bio - industry level of development at home and abroad and foreign develop- ment policies, the paper analyzes and summarizes the successful experience in the development of bio - industry, bio - in- dustry is an inevitable choice of history, Developing countries should combine their reality, fully draw on the experience of developed countries under the benefit of human beings for the purpose to speed up the development.
