摘  要:目的:观察艾叶油雾化吸入对大鼠的长期毒性。方法:大鼠100只,随机分为4组,每组25只。艾叶油大、中、小剂量组分别按每日2.50、0.50、0.10mL/kg(相当于实验有效量的87.5、17.5、3.5倍)雾化吸入给药;对照组以等体积蒸馏水雾化吸入。给药周期6个月,每日观察一般状况,每星期测量体重和进食量1次。给药3个月后,每组处死9只动物进行血常规、血液生化和病理学检查。给药6个月后,每组再处死10只动物进行血常规、血液生化和病理学检查。每组剩余6只动物停药后继续观察1个月后处死,进行全面检查。结果:大鼠始终活动正常,未发现任何中毒症状或死亡;血液学、血液生化及病理学检查等结果表明,艾叶油连续给药3个月后各组白蛋白﹙ALB﹚含量明显升高,其他指标与对照组相比无显著性差异;连续给药6个月及停药1个月后,给药组各项检测指标与对照组比较无显著差异。结论:艾叶油长期雾化吸入给药无明显毒性,是安全的。Objective:To explore the chronic toxicity in rats by atomize inhalation of volatile oil from Artemisia argyi.Methods:The 100 rats were divided into four groups such as normal group and volatile oil of high,medium and low dose.Volatile oil groups were treated respectively according to daily 2.50,0.50 and 0.10 mL/kg(equivalent to the effective dose of 87.5,17.5 and 3.5 times) atomize inhalation,with the control group given the same volume of distilled water.Dose period was 6 months.The general including the bodyweight、diet and behavior were observed,the blood routine,the biochemical indicators,organ/bodyweight rate,the important organs such as heart、liver、spleen、lung、kidney et a1 and pathological changes were detected after 3 months and 6 months administrated,and then we continued to observe the one month recovery period after drug discontinuance.Results:The wistar rat's activities were normal,did not find any poisoning symptoms or death.The serum ALB were increased after given volatile oil for 3 months.All the other detection indexes had no obvious difference comparing with control group after 3 months and 6 months administrated and one month recovery period.Conclusion:The volatile oil in Artemisia argyi chronically atomize inhalation was verified to be safe in this research.
