手足口病患儿合并中枢神经系统损害66例临床特征分析

摘　　要：目的:对手足口病患儿合并中枢神经系统损害66例的临床特征进行分析。方法:共纳入66例手足口病合并中枢神经系统损害患儿,对所有患者的病情及相关辅助检查进行分析。结果:66例手足口病合并中枢神经系统损害患儿临床上均有不同程度的持续高热不退、精神差、呕吐、易惊、肢体抖动、无力、呼吸、心率增快、出冷汗、末梢循环不良、高血压、外周血白细胞计数明显增高、高血糖等症状,白细胞计数正常或降低,脑电图可表现为弥漫性慢波,磁共振以脑干、脊髓灰质损害为主。结论:多数手足口病合并中枢神经系统损害患儿有典型的手足口病表现及中枢神经系统损害症状,同时实验室检查及其他影像学检查,特别是MRI检查有较为特异的表现。Objective ： Analyze the clinical features of 66 children cases with hand-foot and mouth disease of the central nervous system damage. Methods： 66 cases of hand, foot and mouth disease of the eentral nervous system damage merger children were indnded to analyse the condition and related auxiliary check of all patients. Results： 66 cases of hand foot and mouth disease of the central nervous system damage combined with clinically different degree of continuous high fever without retreated, mental difference, vomi ring, skittishness, body shaking, weakness, breathing, heart rate increase fast, cold sweating, peripheral circulation had, high blood pressure, peripheral blood leukocyte count increased obviously, the symptoms such as high blood sugar, white blood cell norreal or reduced,EEG may manifest as diffused slow wave, magnetic resonance in the brainstem,gray spinal cord damage. Conclusion：most of the hand-foot and mouth disease of the central nervous system damage combined with hand, foot and mouth disease have a typical performance and central nervous system damage symptoms, and at the same time, laboratory tests and other imaging examination, especially MRI shawed more specific performance.
