摘  要:目的:研究与分析对于多发性四肢骨折所致的失血性休克应采取的最有效急救措施,以提高急救水平,并为今后的急救策略作出明确的指导。方法:通过对我院1998年1月至2012年6月、接诊的121位、因多发性四肢骨折而致的失血性休克伤员的救治,进行分析,总结出最有效的急救措施和应遵循的规章制度。结果:121例伤员中,经急救处理后,存活118例,死亡3例,总体存活率97.5%。结论:我们采用止血、支持呼吸与循环、观测生命体征、判断伤情、简单外固定伤肢、补液、输血、处理重要脏器损伤等一系列有效的、综合性的急救措施,平时完善医疗工作制度、经常性地进行急救演练,提高医护人员的医疗水平,能有效地降低多发性四肢骨折所致的失血性休克的死亡率。Objective: In order to enhance the staffs medical technique in emergency treatment, the most effective strategies ad-dressing hemorrhagic shock caused by mutiple limbs' bones fracture in trauma were researched and analyzed. The results would be taken as an available instruction in the future emergency medical work. Methods: In this study, from January 1998 to June 2012, the 121 wounded patients had received emergency medical treatment in our hospital. After the medical cases were analyzed in detail, the rules and regulations and the most effective measures were concluded. Results: Being assisted by emergency medical treatment, in the 121 medical cases, 118 patients were alive and 3 patients died. The survival rate was about 97.5 %. Due to effective strategies and synthetic therapies, the good consequence was gained. Conelusions: By effective and synthetic measures, such as stopping bleeding, supporting breathing and circulation, monitoring vital sign, analyzing traumatic condition, external fixating fractured limbs simply, fluid infusion, blood transfusion, theraping injury of important organs, the mortality rate of wounded patients suffering from hemorrhagic shock caused by mutiple limbs' bone fracture can be reduced drastically. In addition, keeping institution of curative activity in normal time, drilling emergency treatment regularly and improving medical lever of staffare also very important.
