摘　　要：骶髂关节复合体是骨盆后环的主要组成部分,包括双侧髂骨,骶骨,骶髂关节及髂前后韧带等组织,将躯干的力传向下肢。在骨盆后环的稳定上有着重要的作用。随着现代科技的发展,高能量暴力的损伤越来越多,其带来多发伤中骨盆骨折的发生率很高,而不稳定的骨盆骨折多由于骨盆后环骶髂关节复合体的损伤引起。因此,在治疗不稳定骨盆骨折时,必须强调治疗骶髂关节复合体损伤的重要性。本文就骶髂关节复合体的诊疗进展进行综述。Sacroiliac joint complex is a major component of the posterior pelvic ring, including the two ilia, sacrum, sacroiliac joint and the ligaments. Sacroiliac joint complex plays an important role in the conduction of the human physical force which was con- ducted from the trunk to limbsl It plays an important role in the stability of the posterior pelvic ring. With the development of technology, more and more high-energy injury of violence occurs. As the more and more high-energy violence are happened, the incidence of multi- ple trauma is more than before. Also the incidence of pelvic fractures is more than before. Unstable pelvic fracture is due to the damage caused by the joint complex. Thus, in the treatment of unstable pelvic fractures, if there is the sacroiliac joint complex injury, it must be emphasized that the importance of the treatment of sacroiliac joint complex injury.The diagnosis and treatment of the sacroiliac joint complex injury are reviewed in this paper.
