摘　　要：目的:研究社区综合干预措施对2型糖尿病患者的干预效果。方法:80例糖尿病患者随机分为干预组和对照组,干预组在常规药物治疗的基础上采取社区综合干预措施。对照组仅采用常规药物治疗。观察两组患者的体质指数(BMI),腰臀比(WHR),收缩压(systolic blood pressure,SBP),舒张压(diastolic blood pressure,DBP),空腹血糖(fasting blood glucose,FBG),餐后2 h血糖(postprandial 2h blood glucose,P2hBG),糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c),总胆固醇(Total cholesterol,TC)和甘油三酯(Triglyceride,TG)的水平。结果:进行干预后干预组的WHR、FBG、P2hBG、HbA1c、TC和TG等指标均显著的低于对照组,且有统计学意义(P<0.05)。并且干预组在干预后WHR、FBG、P2hBG、HbA1c、TC和TG等指标均显著的低于干预前,且有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:通过对2型糖尿病患者进行社区干预,有效控制糖尿病患者的血糖和危险因素,从而提高患者的生活质量。Objective： To investigate the role of community-based intervention on the type 2 diabetic patients. Methods： 160 patients with diabetes were randomly divided into intervention group and control group. Intervention group was treated with community-based intervention and drug therapy. Control group was treated with drug. Body mass index were observed （BMI）, waist to hip ratio （WHR）, systolic blood pressure （SBP）, diastolic blood pressure （DBP）, fasting blood glucose （FBG）, postprandial 2 h blood glucose （P2hBG）, glycosylated hemoglobin（HbA 1 c）, total cholesterol （TC） and triglycerides （TG） level were detected. Results： The index including WHR, FBG, P2hBG, HbAlc, TC, TG in the intervention group decreased significantly compared with that in the control group, with statistical significance （P 〈0.05）. After the intervention, the index of intervention group including WHR, FBG, P2hBG, HbAlc, TC and TG reduced significantly than that before intervention, with statistical significance （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion： The community-based intervention could effectively control the blood glucose and risk factors for diabetic patients and the enhanced the quality of life of type 2 diabetes patients.
