摘　　要：目的评价红霉素与高渗糖联合肾盂灌注治疗乳糜尿的效果。方法回顾性分析自2003～2011年我院收治20例的治疗体会。结果全组20例患者治愈18例,复发2例,但症状改善。结论红霉素与高渗糖联合肾盂灌注可以治愈大多数乳糜尿,且药品易得,费用低,更适于基层医院。Objective Evaluation and high permeability erythromycin sugar the renal pelvis joint reperfusion urine of chylothorax effect. Methods The review analysis the treatment result of totally example milk urine from 2003 to 2011. Results Whole set 20 example relapse after getting cure 18 example ,2years lat- er, only 2 case. Conclusion Erythromycin and high permeability sugar the renal pelvis can be cured with joint most chylothorax urine, and drugs are easy and low cost, the more suitable for the hospital.
