摘　　要：本文在介绍FSM基本原理的基础上,对FSM检测技术进行了实验室研究。通过自制缺陷试样和对缺陷进行检测,得到与缺陷对应的电压信号并对其进行分析和显示,得到FC系数和缺陷的尺寸关系曲线。Based on the introduction of FSM basic principle, this paper studies the FSM technology in the laboratory. Through detects the homemade defection samples and gets the voltage signal corresponded the defects, and then analysis and display the voltage signal. Last, the paper obtains the curve between FC coefficient and the model of effect.
