2962例中国综合中医院心理科门诊男女患者心理状态分析  

Analysis on Psychological States of 2962 Patients in Outpatient Psychology Department in A General Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in China

摘　　要：目的:本次研究以2002-2009年中国中医科学院广安门医院心理科就诊并做MMPI检查的2962名患者为对象,对他们的MMPI检查结果进行回顾性分析,以了解中国综合医院心理科所有患者的综合心理状态及性别影响因素。方法:采用SPSS11.5统计软件,对相关数据进行频数分布描述性统计分析。结果:女性患者和男性患者的疑病症和癔病因子的标准T分平均分在60～70分之间,表现为轻度偏离正常。但是抑郁症因子T分平均分仅在男性患者中表现为轻度偏离正常。半数以上的患者可以诊断为癔病和疑病症。如果以T分是否大于60为分界线,女性比男性更多表现为偏执和轻躁狂,更少表现为社会内向。如果以T分是否大于70表明该症状的严重程度,女性比男性更多表现为严重癔病和精神分裂,更少表现为严重社会内向。结论:性别因素会影响某些症状或疾病的发生或严重程度。Objective：The 2962 patients who came to the clinic of psychology department, Guang＇ anmen Hospital, China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences between year 2002 to 2009 and had the tests of MMPI were selected to this study. Retrospective analysis was given on their MMPI test resuhs to see the psychological state and risk factors of patients in psychology department in general hospitals of traditional Chinese medicine in China. Methods： To apply SPSS11.5 to conduct descriptive statistics of frequency distribution. Results ： The standard T scores of hypochondriasis and hysteria factors in male and female patients varied between 60 to 70 points, which showed a mild deviation from normal. However T scores of depression factor showed mild deviation from normal only in male. More than half of the patients could be diagnosed as hypoehondriasis and hysteria. Taking 60 points of T score as the boundary, bigoted and hypomania were more frequent in female than in male, while less female showed society introversion. Taking the T score over 70 points as the boundary of severity, more females suffered severe hypochondriasis and dementia praecox , and less showed severe society introversion. Conclusion：Gender factor would influence on occurrence or severity of certain symptoms or diseases.
