摘　　要：在临床上中医外治疗法广泛用于治疗腰痛,对近十年来中医外治疗法如针刺、灸法、推拿、刮痧、拔罐、外敷、小针刀、埋线等疗法治疗腰痛进行分类整理和总结。中医外治疗法治疗腰痛具有显著的疗效,但是在临床研究上仍然存在疗效评价标准不统一,符合循证医学要求的随机对照试验较少等情况。今后临床研究应采用严谨的实验设计方法,进行规范化研究,使疗效客观化,从而推广中医外治疗法在临床上的应用。External therapies of Traditional Chinese medicine is widely used in the treatment of low back pain. This paper classified and summarized external therapies of Traditional Chinese Medicine such as acupuncture, moxibustion, tuina manipulation, scraping, cup- ping cans, external administration, aeupotomy, buried line therapy low back pain. Conclusion：TCM exter^lal therapies show remarkable curative effect on low back pain, but no recognized evaluation standard on therapeutic effect for clinical research results to few random- ized clinical trials that fit the standards of evidence-based medicine. In the future, clinical studies shall adapt more strict design . con- duct standard research, bring objected therapeutic effect so as to promote clinical application of TCM external therapies.
