摘 要:目的 :为评价工业用蒽油对机体免疫功能的影响提供实验依据。方法 :小鼠经消化道用工业用蒽油染毒 2周 ,实验分设高、中、低 3个剂量组和 1个对照组 ,分别检测小鼠外周血T淋巴细胞的酸性α醋萘酚酯酶 (ANAE)阳性率、淋巴细胞增殖功能及腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬功能。结果 :染毒剂量组外周血T淋巴细胞、淋巴细胞的OD值低于对照组 ,差异显著 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;染毒组的巨噬细胞吞噬率和吞噬指数低于对照组 ,差异不显著 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :工业用蒽油对小鼠外周血T淋巴细胞的ANAE阳性率、淋巴细胞增殖具有一定的免疫毒性作用 。Objective The purpose of this study was to provide an experimental data on the immunotoxicity of industrial anthracene to mouse.Method The animals were divided into 4 groups:a high ,moderate and low dose group,and a control group.The total rate of T lymphocytes in periphral blood,the proliferating ability of lymphocytes in spleen,and phagocytic rate and index of macrophages in abdominal cavity of the animal were detected after exposure to industrial anthracene for 2 weeks through disgestive tract.Results The total rate of T lymphocytes in periphral blood and an inhibited proliferation of lymphocytes in the exposes groups decreased significantly( P <0.05).The phagocitic rate and index in the exposed groups were lower than those of control groups but no statistic significance was found( P >0.05).Conclusion Industrial anthracene can cause cell toxicity on lymphocytes.These results seem to indicate that industrial anthracene may possess potential hazard to the health of the exposed animal.
