中药敷贴治疗乳腺增生病的临床研究

摘　　要：目的研究中医外治法治疗乳腺增生病的疗效和评价其安全性。方法应用随机、双盲、安慰剂平行对照的研究方法,选取5家中心260例乳腺增生病患者,按1∶1的比例随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组采用散结乳癖膏,对照组采用散结乳癖膏的模拟剂,贴敷双侧乳房疼痛最明显处,每侧1贴,每日贴敷7 h。每组治疗2个月经周期,经期不用药。观察2组患者治疗前后乳房疼痛、乳房肿块等指标的变化。结果治疗2个月经周期后治疗组对乳房肿块、乳房疼痛的总有效率为73.2%,对照组为31.8%,2组比较差异具有统计学意义。结论散结乳癖膏贴敷治疗乳腺增生能明显改善乳房疼痛等症状,疗效确切且安全无不良反应。Objective To study the curative effect and safety of TCM external treatment on breast hyperplasia. Methods By applying randomized double-blinded placebo-parallel-controlled method, 260 patients with breast hyperplasia were selected from 5 research centers, and then divided into treatment group and control group aceording to a proportion of 1 ： 1. The treatment group was treated with Sanjie Rupi Gao applied on the best pain points of bilateral breasts one piece each side for 7 hours a day, and control group was treated with simulation agent. Every group was treated tbr 2 menstrual cycles but not treated during menstrual period. The indexes of breast pain and lump were observed in two groups. Results The total effective rate was 73.2% in treatment group and 31.8% in control group after treatment. The comparison had statistical significance between two groups. Conclusion Sanjie Rupi Gao has a reliable curative effect without adverse reactions in the treatment of breast hyperplasia.
