摘　　要：目的建立中医药外用治疗血热型银屑病的规范化疗效评价方法。方法通过回顾性研究、文献整理、专家问卷、优化论证形成初步的疗效评价方法,以普连膏治疗血热型银屑病为范例,按照循证医学要求设计并进行多中心、大样本、随机、双盲、安慰剂对照的临床试验,对疗效评价方法进行验证、总结,根据临床研究结果对银屑病皮损面积和严重程度指数(PASI)评分及中医证候评分进行调整和改良。结果初步建立了包括疾病疗效评价、中医证候疗效评价和安全性评价的中医药外用治疗血热型银屑病的疗效评价体系。结论本研究提出的疗效评价方法能够全面、准确、客观地评价中医药外用治疗血热型银屑病的临床疗效,值得临床推广、应用。Objective To establish a method for standardized evaluation on curative effect of external Chinese medicinal for treating psoriasis of blood-heat type. Methods Through retrospective study, literature arrangement, expert questionnaire and Optimization argument, an evaluation method was formed initially. The multi-centered, big sampled and randomized double-blinded placebo-controlled clinical trials were designed according to demand of evidence-based medicine, taken Pulian Gao treating psoriasis of blood-heat type as an example, for verifying and summing up the evaluation method. The scores of psoriasis area and severity index （PASI） and TCM syndromes were regulated and improved. Results An evaluation system of curative effect was initially established including evaluation of curative effect on disease, evaluation of curative effect on TCM syndromes and evaluation on safety. Conclusion The evaluation method established in this study is comprehensive, accurate and objective in the evaluation on the curative effect of external Chinese medicinal for treating psoriasis of blood-heat type.
