摘 要:目的选用闪式提取法对三七果进行提取工艺的考察,并通过采用高效液相色谱法对三七果所含的主要单体皂苷进行测定,优选出最佳提取方式。方法采用闪式提取法提取三七果中的总皂苷,制备出9个供试品;以人参皂苷Rb1为对照品,应用HPLC-UV法测定各个供试品中的单体皂苷。色谱柱条件:Hypersil C18柱(200mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水梯度洗脱(0min,20:80→30min,45:55→48min,70:30→50min,80:20→60min,100:0);检测波长203nm;体积流量1.0mL/min。结果闪式提取可得到较高收率的总皂苷,且单体皂苷人参皂苷Rb1的量较高。结论闪式提取法速度快,效率高,耗材少,适用于三七果总皂苷的提取和制备。Objective To extract the active components from the fi'uits ofPanax notoginseng (FPN) using optimal flash extraction technology and to determine the major monomer saponins in FPN using HPLC method. Methods The flash extraction technology was used to extract the total saponins including nine samples from FPN. The monomer saponins in each sample were determined by HPLC-UV with ginsengside Rbl as reference substance. The chromatographic conditions were as follows: Hypersil CIS colunm (200 mmx 4.6 mm, 5 pro), acetonitrile-warter (0 min, 20:80--30 min, 45:55--48 min, 70:30--50 min, 80:20--60 rain, 100:0); The detective wavelength was set at 203 am; The flow rate was set at 1.0 mL/min. Results Flash extraction technology is the efficient method with the high yield of active saponins. Conclusion Flash extraction technology is a rapid, effective, and economical method used for extracting the active saponins from the different parts of P. notoginseng.
