军人病区住院患者的护理服务满意度和需求调查

摘　　要：目的研究军队伤病员对护理服务的满意度和需求。方法采用问卷调查的形式对军人病区的311名除患有儿科、妇科及感染性疾病的患者进行调查，所有的调查对象均为男性，年龄在18—37岁之间（22．79±2．24），大部分具有初高中学历。结果有效的问卷调查率为97．8％，其中67．1％的患者选择非常满意，28．2％的患者选择满意，3．7％的患者选择一般满意，无一人选择不满意。满意度排在前五位的依次为：体温测量、静脉输液、发口服药、陪检和口腔护理。患者最关心的护理服务为病情观察、护理技术、护理态度、专科护理水平等；患者最关心的问题是护士的技术水平低、护理不专业、护理服务差以及住院期间卧床时无人照顾；护理服务应该加强了解患者的心理需求、健康宣教和病区的文化生活。结论总体来说，军人病区的患者对护理服务是满意的，但是护理工作仍然需要进一步提高。Objective To investigate the satisfaction at and needs for nursing among the in-patients in soldier areas of military hospitals. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 311 soldier patients hospitalized in the wards specialized for soldiers who suffered from different diseases except the diseases of the departments of pediatries, gynecology, and infectious diseases, all males, aged （22.79±2.24）（18-37）, most with the educational level of senior high school, to understand the satisfaction rate. Results The effective questionnaires return rate was 97.8%. As for the overall satisfaction rate, 67.1% of the respondents selected ＂very satisfactory＂, 28.2% selected ＂satisfactory＂, and 3.7% selected ＂not too bad＂. No one selected ＂unsatisfactory＂. The top five satisfying nursing procedures included temperature taking, intravenous infusion, distribution of oral medicine, accompany the patients to undergo examination, and oral nursing. The nursing procedures the patients concerned the most were observation of the patients＇ conditions, nursing techniques, attitude in serving the patients, techniques in specialized nursing, etc., The questions they were the most concerned included low level technology of the nurses, unprofessional nursing procedure, bad nursing service, untimely treatment, being confined to had without someone to take care. The nursing procedures that needed to be strengthened included understanding the psychological needs of the patients, rehabilitation guidance, knowledge of specific diseases, knowledge of diagnosis, health knowledge, and cultural life in the ward. Conclusion Basically the soldier in-patients are satisfied with the nursing in the ward. However, the nursing work still needs to be improved.
