摘　　要：目的了解徐州铁路地区职业病危害作业场所卫生状况,提出相应对策。方法对徐州铁路地区职业病危害作业场所卫生状况进行了全面卫生学调查分析。结果①徐州铁路地区职业病危害作业场所卫生具行业特点:点多、线长,几乎涉及每个部门;②单位接触职业病危害因素作业场所占有率及人数和人员因有所下降,职业卫生监测率等13项职业卫生指标大部分达到有关要求;③徐州地区职业病危害作业场所职业卫生管理体系运转良好。结论徐州铁路地区职业病危害作业场所卫生状况较好,职业卫生工作应继续加强。Objective To understand the the Xuzhou Railway occupational hazards in workplace health status, and proposed countermeasures. Methods The Xuzhou Railwa-y occupational hazards in workplace health status anal-ysis of comprehensive he-alth investigation. Results （1） Xuzhou Railway occupational hazards in workplace health with industry characteristics： point, line length, involving almost every department; （2） unit contact the occupational hazards in the workplace share and the number of personnel, occupational health monitoring rate declined Most of the 13 cupational health indicators to meet the requirement; （3） Xuzhou regional occupational hazards in the workplace occupational health management system in good working order. Conclusions Xuzhou Railway occupational hazards workplace health status, occupational health work should continue to strengthen.
