摘　　要：乙型肝炎病毒(hepatitis B Virus,HBV)引起的乙型肝炎是一种流行久远、传播广泛、危害严重的传染性疾病。全球约20亿人感染过HBV。我国约有1亿HBV携带者,严重危害国人健康,影响生活质量。文章从乙肝病毒的分类、特征、基因分型、发病机制、检测技术、预防和治疗等方面进行了综述。Hepatitis B virus （HBV） can cause Hepatitis B, which is widely disseminated and seriously infectious diseases. 2 billion people worldwide infected HBV. In China, there are about 1 billion people carrying HI3V, which serious harm the health of the Chinese people, affecting the quality of life. We summarize the classification, characteristics, genotyping, pathogenesis, detection technology, prevention, treatment of hepatitis B virus, and intend to give some hints to the study of HBV.
