摘　　要：目的为鉴定钩端螺旋体Ｌ型菌株。方法用电镜检查、ＳＤＳ－ＰＡＧＥ及斑点免疫结合试验（ＤＩＢＡ）鉴定一株自钩体脑动脉炎患者血及脑脊液标本中分离到菌株。结果电镜显示该菌株细胞壁有缺陷，形态呈多形性，ＳＤＳ－ＰＡＧＥ显示该菌株表达的蛋白质带型与钩体的相似，缺失了部分条带，无新的蛋白带出现 ＳＤＩＢＡ显示该菌株弱阳性。结论　多种方法均鉴定该菌株为钩端螺旋体Ｌ型。Objective To identify the leptospira L-form. Methods The organism isolated from blood and spinal fluid of patients with cerebral arteritis was tested by electron microscopy, SDS-PAGE and DIBA. Results The organism under electron microscopy shown to be deficient in cell wall and polymorphic. The bands of the organism were similar to that of the Leptospira in SDS-PAGE. The organism was positive weakly in DIBA. Conclusion The organism was identified as Leptospira L-form by the multiple methods.
