摘　　要：目的总结手部屈肌腱Ⅱ区损伤显微外科治疗的临床效果。方法应用显微外科技术修复屈肌腱Ⅱ区损伤 ９６例。结果按ＴＡＭ系统评定功能，总优良率 ７７． ｌ％。结论手部屈肌腱Ⅱ区损伤后，显微手术修复技术和术后康复是功能恢复的重要因素。Objective To clarify the clinical effect of microsurgical reparation for the injury of the zone Ⅱ flexor tendon in the hand. Methods Ninety-six patients with the injury of the zone Ⅱ flexor tendon in the hand were repaired by microsurgical technology. Results The total fine rate was 77. 1% according to TAM system. Condusion After the injury of the zone Ⅱ flexor tendon in the hand the microsurgical reparation technique and the rehabilitation after operation are the two important factors on the restoration of function.
