摘  要:利用数字温湿度传感器STH21和采用超低功耗无线技术的单片SOC芯片nRF24LE1构成的温湿度传感器节点,构建基于无线传感器网络的烟厂烟叶发酵过程温湿度在线监测系统,重点研究传感器网络媒体介质访问控制层和网络层的节能设计策略,以延长网络的工作寿命;开发基于VC语言的监测系统软件,实现烟包内部温湿度的实时检测、数据分析与显示、温湿度超限故障报警、监测数据查询等功能;实验运行结果表明,温度测量精度为0.01℃,湿度测量精度为0.05RH%,温湿度超限故障报警准确率达98%以上,在线检测系统能长期稳定可靠监测,具有组网简单、维护方便等优点。To overcome the shortage of existing detection system for temperature and humidity signals in tobacco warehouse, an intelli-gent on line monitoring system based on wireless sensor networks (WSN) is proposed. Aiming to energy constrained problems in wireless sensor networks, a kind of low power consumption sensor node designed by the low-cost RF transceiver chip nRF24LE1 with embedded microcontrollers and the humidity and temperature sensor SHT21 is introduced in detail. Furthermore, energy saving strategies on the data link layer and network layer of the networks are discussed. The software system based on VC language could realize the functions of time-cycle examining, humidity and temperature data processing and querying. This system had been testing in some cigarette factory. The field results show that the on-line monitoring system based on WNS could detect the humidity and temperature signals effectively and efficiently. And it has better performance in energy conservation, stability, extending network lifecycle.
