摘　　要：本文结合福建省水电站信息管理系统建设情况,介绍基于B/S模式的系统设计与实现方法,研究该系统建设需求、数据库的设计、系统框架和建设内容,分析系统取得的巨大效益,为类似系统建设提供借鉴。The paper is combined with construction condition of hydropower information management system in Fujian Province, introduces system design and implementation method based on B/S model. The system building needs, database design, system framework and building content are studied. Huge benefits obtained by the system are analyzed, thereby providing reference for similar system construction.
