摘 要:传统的好氧污水生物处理工艺,以耗能供氧来消耗有机物,直接或间接地向大气释放CO2。为此首先明确污水处理与碳排放的关系;继而确立发掘污水、污泥有机碳源并将其合理利用所产生的CO2综合减排效果;讨论实现低碳运行的途径,并重点剖析了生物营养物去除的BNR工艺实现低碳运行的理论可行性。提出了以研发污水生物脱氮除磷新工艺为先导,以减少外部碳源和氧气供给为目的,以发掘剩余污泥中有机能源为核心,以优化污水处理运行方式为技术手段,实现污水生物处理低碳运行,直至最后达到或接近"碳中和"终极目标的设想。Traditional aerobic biological wastewater treatment process consumes the organic matters to generate oxygen, relea- sing CO2 to the atmosphere directly or indirectly. This paper clarified the relationship between the sewage treatment and carbon emissions, then explored the measures for CO2 reduction via finding carbon sources in sewage and sludge. It also discussed the ways to achieve low - carbon operation, with focus on the theoretical feasibility analysis of BNR process. Some proposals on biological wastewater nitrogen and phosphorus removal process were proposed to reduce external carbon source and oxygen supply. With optimized wastewater treatment operation mode, low - carbon operation with biological wastewater treatment were realized, a step further to accomplish the ultimate goal of "carbon neutral".
