摘 要:建立了顶空-气相色谱法分析沼液中总挥发性有机物,优化了前处理条件和色谱条件。实验测定沼液中总挥发性有机物的最佳条件为:顶空气相条件,顶空瓶中气相液相比为1:1,即加入10 ml沼液,盐析剂NaCl2.0 g,平衡温度为50℃,平衡时间为10 min。气相色谱条件,应用氢火焰离子化检测器(FID),选择DB-MTBE石英毛细管色谱柱,柱箱温度在80℃,载气流量为2.0 ml/min;氢气流量为40.0 ml/min;空气流量为450 ml/min;进样口温度100℃;检测器温度为250℃,采用不分流进样。本法测定沼液中挥发性有机物加标回收率为94.1%~102.5%,其相对标准偏差为1.09%~6.26%。此方法操作简单,高效、准确的测定出实际沼液中挥发性混合有机物,其色谱峰非常稳定,峰面积的大小直接反应出沼液中含有总挥发性有机物的量。Total volatile organic compounds (TVOCs) in biogas liquid were analyzed by a sensitive precise headspace gas chromatography method. The pretreatment and chromatographic methods were optimized. The optimal operating conditions were as follows, under headspaee conditions, gas -liquid ratio was 1 : 1 in the vial, adding biogas liquid 10 ml and NaC1 2. 0g, with equilibrium temperature of 50℃ and equilibrium time of 10 min. This analysis used hydrogen flame ion detector (FID) and selected DB - MTBE capillary column. The oven temperature was 80℃, carrier gas flow rate was 2. 0 ml/min, hydrogen flow rate was 40. 0 ml/ min, air flow rate was 450 ml/min, inlet temperature was 100℃, detector temperature was 250℃ and using splitless sample. The recovery rate of the method was 94. 1% - 102. 5%. The relative standard deviation (RSD) of the analysis method was 1.09% - 6. 26%. The method was simple, accurate and used for determining total volatile organic compounds in biogas liquid. Its peak area was very stable. The size of peak area directly reflected the amount of volatile organic compounds in biogas liquid.
