摘  要:目的观察应用川芎嗪治疗大鼠脊髓损伤后神经功能评分及脊髓细胞凋亡表达情况。方法采用Allen’s法将64只SD大鼠制成脊髓中度损伤模型,随机分为两组:脊髓损伤组和川芎嗪组,分别给予川芎嗪及生理盐水治疗,观察比较治疗后大鼠的神经功能行为变化及脊髓神经细胞凋亡指数的变化。结果从伤后1周起,川芎嗪组的行为评分与脊髓损伤组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),从伤后1 d起,川芎嗪组的斜板值、细胞凋亡指数与脊髓损伤组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论川芎嗪能抑制脊髓损伤神经细胞凋亡,从而起到脊髓保护作用。Objective To investigate the effect of Tetramethylpyrazine (TMP) injection on expression of behavior scores, tilt board test and apoptosis after spinal cord injuries in rats. Methods Sixty - four rats ,/~ere enrolled to estab- lish moderate spinal cord injury models with Allen' s method and then were randomly divided into two groups, in which received Tetramethylpyrazine injections and physiological saline treatments respectively. Then, behavior scores, tilt board test and apoptotic index of nerve cell were measured at each time point after treatment. Results The rats were sacrificed at 1 week after the surgeries, behavior scores of rats in TMP group and injured group was significant different ( P 〈 0. 05 ), maximal angle of tilt board test and apoptotic index were significantly different between TMP group and in- jured group on the first day (P 〈 0. 05). Conclusions TMP can inhibit apoptosis of nerve cell in SCI rats and has a protective effect on recovery of nerve function.
