一种洗车废水净化回用新技术及应用

摘　　要：设计一种以专利技术污水净化器为核心用于洗车废水净化回用的小型一体化技术工艺,并详细介绍了其工艺流程、设备构造和处理方法。通过工程实例表明:该工艺处理效果良好,出水水质优于GB/T 18920—2002《城市污水再生利用城市杂用水水质》;而且占地面积小,节省投资,运行管理方便,经济效益和社会效益明显,具有广阔的应用前景。This paper designs a new small integrated process that uses patented technology of sewage purifier as the core for ear washing wastewater purification and reuse, and introduces its technical process, equipment structure and processing method.Through the practical project shows that, this process has favorable treatment effect, the effluent quality are better than ＂Water Quality Standard for Urban Miscellaneous Water Consumption of Reuse of Urban Recycling Water＂ （GB/T 18920-2002） ;and it has such features as small floor area, saving investment, easy operation, obvious economic and social benefits, which has wide application prospects.
