摘 要:采用絮凝沉淀法处理电解金属锰废水,主要研究水力条件、最佳混凝剂、助凝剂投加量对处理效果的影响。实验结果表明:最佳混凝剂组为聚合氯化铝-聚丙烯酰胺,其最佳投加量分别为:聚合氯化铝为90 mg/L,聚丙烯酰胺为50 mg/L。当pH=9.0时,采用先无机再有机的投加混凝剂的顺序,水力条件工艺控制为先加无机混凝剂慢速搅拌1 min,再加有机助凝剂快速搅拌2 min,效果为最佳。The flocculating precipitation method was used to treat electrolytiCal manganese wastewater, it was mainly studied the influence of hydraulic condition, best coagulant and dosage of coagulant aid on treatment effect. The experimental results showed that the best coagulant combination was polyaluminium chloride-polyacrylamide, and the best dosages were separately as follows: 90 mg/L for polyaluminium chloride and 50 mg/L for polyacrylamide. When pH = 9.0, it was most effective to use the coagulant adding sequence from inorganic material to organic material and the hydraulic control condition: first adding inorganic coagulant slowly agitating for 1 min, and then adding organic coagulant rapidly agitating for 2 min.
