摘  要:对超滤膜纯化甘草渣中总黄酮的工艺进行了研究,讨论了不同工艺条件对膜通量的影响。结果表明,在操作压力为0.6MPa、操作时间为30min、操作温度为25~30℃、粗提液稀释倍数为3倍的条件下,经超滤膜技术纯化后的甘草渣中总黄酮含量明显升高,平均含量增加了2.15倍,纯度提高了25.12%。The purification process of total flavonoids from licorice residue by ultrafiltration membrane method was studied. The effects of different conditions on membrane flux were investigated. Results showed that the content of total flavonoids from licorice residue increased obviously,the average content increased 2.15 times, the purity increased 25.12 % under the optimum purification conditions as follows: the operating pressure 0.6 MPa,the operating time 30 min,the operating temperature 25~30 ℃ ,the dilution ratio of crude extract 3 times.
