摘 要:目的调查厦门特区肾结石的现状,分析肾结石发病的相关因素。方法随机抽样厦门特区体检的1 850人,对其进行问卷调查和B超检查。所获数据采用SPSS 11.0软件进行统计学处理,对肾结石相关因素进行单因素和多因素Logistic回归分析。结果 1 850人中有效应答者为1 585人,其中肾结石患者150例(9.5%),男性与女性的患病率比为1.5∶1,年龄以35~65岁居多,占总患病人数的68.00%。年龄大、吃海鲜多、吃豆制品多、喝茶多是肾结石的危险因素。结论肾结石的形成是多因素作用的结果,应该综合防治。Objective To investigate the present situation of renal calculi in the Xiamen special economic zone, and ana- lyze the related factors of the renal calculi. Methods The sample was determined by random selection from 1 850 medical exami- nation population. The questionnaire survey, B ultrasound for kidney inspection were carried out. Logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the risk factors by using the software SPSS 11.0. Results Among 1 850 population to 1 585 valid respond- ents, including 150 cases of patients with renal calculi (9.5%), the male and female prevalence ratio was 1.5 : 1. From age 35 to 65 years old was the highest morbidity, 68.00% of the total of renal calculi patients. The age, eating more soybean meal, eating more seafood, drinking more tea were the dangerous factors of renal calculi. Conclusion The formation of renal calculi is the result of many factors. It should be comprehensive prevention and control.
