摘 要:高产、优质、抗枯黄萎病、适应性广是棉花育种的主要目标。利用具有海岛棉、陆地棉、中棉、野生瑟伯氏棉血统且遗传基础丰富的转基因抗虫棉品系抗8为母本,以兼抗枯萎病和黄萎病的冀棉18选系95-538为父本,采取在重病圃不防治棉铃虫胁迫选择、光合速率测定、旱薄盐碱地筛选等技术多措并举,选育出了具有海岛棉、陆地棉、中棉和野生瑟伯氏棉血统,抗枯黄萎病、抗旱、耐盐碱、光合速率高、纤维品质优良、增产潜力大的高产棉花杂交新品种冀杂1号。2006年通过了国家农作物品种审定委员会审定(审定编号:国审棉2006010号),是我国第1个通过国审的高抗枯萎病、抗黄萎病的"双抗"转Bt基因抗虫棉品种,对降低棉花生产中由枯黄萎病引起的损失、控制棉铃虫为害、推进河北棉花战略东移、加强旱薄盐碱地开发、促进棉花生产具有重大意义。It was the main goal to breed high yield cotton variety with high fiber quality and resistance to Fusarium wilt and Viticillium wilt. Jiza No. 1 was bred by crossing between Kang 8 (female parent) which had the blood ties of Gossypiurn barbadense L. , Gossypium hirsutum L. , Gossypium arboreum L. , wild origin of Thurber cotton, rich genetic basis of transgenic insect-resistant cotton strains and 95 -538 (male parent) from Jimian 18, which had the characteristics of resistance to Fusarium wilt and VerticiUium wilt, with serious illness nursery, control of cotton bollworm of coercion choose, determination of photosynthetic rates, dry farmland in saline-alkali soil filters and other technical measures simultaneously. It had the characteristics of high resistance to Fusarium wilt and resistance to Verticillium wilt, drought-resistance, alkali resistance, high photosynthetic rate, excellent fiber quality, yield potential and was approved by National Crop Variety Approval Committee in 2006. It was the first state variety approved with both wilt diseases resistance, high leaf photosynthetic rate, and high fiber quality. It had great significance to reduce Fusarium wilt and Verticillium wilt disease losses in cotton production, control of cotton bollworm damage, east to move forward the Hebei cotton strategy, strengthening the development of dry farmland in saline-alkali soil to promote cotton production.
