保定市水资源简要形势及对策

摘　　要：受全国水环境影响,当前保定市水资源形势不容乐观。水资源严重短缺,地下水超采严重,地表水环境恶化,严重制约着经济社会的可持续发展。保定市水行政主管部门多措并举,实行最严格的水资源管理制度,积极推进水资源的可持续利用。简要介绍了保定市水资源基本概况,指出目前保定市存在水资源严重短缺、地下水形势严峻和地表水环境恶化等问题,并提出相应的举措。Water resources situation is not optimistic in Baoding City affected by the national water environment. A serious shortage of water resources, over-exploitation of groundwater, surface water environment deterioration, which are seriously restrict the sustainable development of economy and society. Baoding municipal water administrative department take measures to implement the most strict water resources management system, actively promote the sustainable use of water resources. The basic situation of water resources in Baoding City was briefly introduced, and a series of problems including the serious lack of water resources, the grim situation of groundwater and surface water environment deterioration were pointed out, then the corresponding measures in Baoding City were put forward in the paper.
