摘  要:新时期竞争的内涵是人才的竞争,通过文献资料调研对学生身体素质下降的因素进行分析,结果表明存在主观与客观、体制及社会影响等因素.主要有:重"智"轻"体",导致学生锻炼时间少,运动能力下降;学生对体育课教学内容、教学方法等不感兴趣,增进健康、增强体质的课堂教学目标难以实现;学校运动场地不足、运动器材少,不能满足学生锻炼需要;社会选拔人才没有重视身体素质,对学生有误导;还有膳食结构不合理、生活习惯不良等都对身体素质下降有影响.破解学生身体素质下降这一社会难题,事关未来劳动力质量的提升、社会的可持续发展以及国家的前途命运和民族的兴衰存亡,我们每个人都责无旁贷.同时也提出一些应对策略.In the new period the connotation of the competition is talents competition. Through the literatures research on students' physical quality drop element analysis, the results show that there are subjective and objective factors, system and social influence and other factors. They are mainly: heavy "wisdom" and light "body" causes students to have less time to exercise and thus their exercise ability is weakened; students are not interested in physical education teaching contents and methods, thus the goal of class teaching to improve their health and strengthen their physique is hard to realized; the shortage .of school sports facilities and equipment can' t meet the students' need to exercise; Social selects of talented persons failed to pay attention to the physical quality thus the students can be misled; dietary structure is unreasonable and living habit of poor physical quality decline have influence. Breaking down the student's physical quality is a social problem, is closely connected with the quality of the labor force in the future ascension, the sustainable development of society and the future of the country and national destiny thriving. We all have the responsibility and at the same time also put forward some strategies.
