摘 要:利用已经公布的玉米丝黑穗病菌基因组测序的结果,对该基因组中基序为2~6碱基的微卫星(SSR)序列进行了系统的分析。结果表明,在已经公布的23条基因组中选择前3条染色体进行分析,共有888个SSR,其总长度为3.512kb,占这3条基因组染色体碱基数的0.068%,平均6.50kb中就分布有一个长度大于15bp的SSR序列。其中,数量最多的为三碱基重复序列,共有SSR数量329个,其次为六碱基重复序列,数量达185个。五碱基重复序列的SSR数量为155个,数量最少的是四碱基重复序列,只有101个。A total of genome of publicly available DNA sequence in Sporisorium reilianum was researched for dinucleotide to hexanucleotide simple sequence repeat (SSR) to determine the type, size and frequency. A total of 888 SSRs were observed in the first three chromosomes. Total length of SSRs was 3. 512 kb, about 0. 068% of these chromosomes. The SSRs occur on average about once every 3. 512 kb for dinucleotide to hexanucleotide in the first three chromo-somes. The most abundant microsatellites were trinucleotide repeats with the number of 329, followed by hexanucleoti-de and pentanucleotide repeats, and the number of these SSRs was 185 and t55, respectively. The least abundant was tetranucleotide repeat, only 101 were found.
