摘　　要：文章提出了采用Struts和Hibernate技术相结合的方法实现中小企业OA(办公自动化)系统。系统的开发以中小企业的实际需求为背景,文章介绍了系统的业务需求、功能需求、系统架构设计、功能模块设计、公共模块设计、数据库设计、功能模块的实现、单元测试及系统综合测试的整个过程。系统主要包含了日常管理、考勤管理、计划制定、审核管理、员工管理和通讯管理等功能。经过测试,系统各项功能均能够满足中小企业的日常办公需求,实现了对企业的信息化管理,提高了企业的综合竞争力。In this paper,the combination of Struts and Hibernate technology to realize OA system for SMEs is proposed.The development of the system takes the actual needs of SMEs as the background.The article describes the business requirements,function requirements,system architecture design,and function module design,common module design,database design,the realization of function modules,unit testing,as well as system integration testing.The system mainly consists of the daily management,attendance management,planning,audit management,staff management,and communication management.After rigorous testing,the functions of the system can improve the comprehensive competitiveness of enterprises.
