摘  要:提出对IEC 61970-301,IEC 61970-453,以及中国向国际电工委员会(IEC)提交的电力系统图形描述规范的改进和扩展建议,并提出变电站通用布局模型,试图解决变电站模数图一致性设计与自动成图问题。在公共信息模型(CIM)的资源模型中,在已有的设备容器类下,与间隔、电压等级、变电站类并列,增加了由母线段和间隔组成的母线容器类;同时,将主变压器间隔分解成为线圈间隔,纳入到母线容器中作为其组成部分;2个属性类,即母线容器类和间隔类,用于其用例、数据与图形的一一对应。提出的图形模型,自底层向高层,分别为导电设备图元、设备图形、间隔图形、母线容器图形、电压等级容器图形、变电站图形,组成一个递级拼装的图形系统,可方便地实现变电站单线图的自动生成。The improvement and extension suggestions for IEC 61970-301, IEC 61970-453, and graphic description specification for electric power system submitted to international electrotechnical commission (IEC) by China are proposed. A general substation layout model is proposed to cope with the model, data, diagram consistency design of substation one-line diagram and its auto-generation. In data model of common information model (CIM), under the existing equipment container, parallel with bay, voltage level, substation, a new class of bus container composed by bus bar and bay is added. In the meantime, main transformer is dissolved as winding bay, which joins and becomes the element bay of bus container. Apart from that, two property classes, namely bus bar container and bay, are added to make sure that in any case one to one correspondence is among data record and corresponding sub diagram. The diagram model, from bottom to upper, is composed respectively of conducting equipment cell, equipment diagram, bay diagram, bus bar container diagram, voltage level container diagram, substation diagram, which forms a hierarchically assembling diagram system, making automatic generation for the whole substation diagram more easier.
