摘  要:结合石武客运专线,综合考虑坍落度、力学性能、电通量等试验指标,优化配合比设计,采用SEM电镜扫描、XRD物相分析等微观测试方法,研究无砟轨道底座板混凝土结构在酸雨和碳化耦合条件下微观结构的变化规律,分析其对混凝土性能产生的影响。试验结果表明:在酸雨和碳化侵蚀作用下,底座板混凝土表层结构局部较疏松,孔隙增加,且随龄期增加,板状Ca(OH)2晶体含量逐渐减少,混凝土强度均有所降低,降低最大值达27%;中性化深度也随侵蚀周期的增加而增大,且T模式中性化深度最大。Combined with Shi Wu Passenger Dedicated Line, the index of the slump, mechanical properties, electric flux test index were considered, and the mixture ratio of design were also optimized. The paper investigated the microscopic structural's variation of concrete structure for non-ballasted track base plate under the coupling conditions of acid rain and carbonization by using micro -testing methods such as SEM and XRD, and the effect of variation on concrete performance had also been analyzed. Results showed that when the concrete was eroded in coupling conditions of acid rain and carbon corrosion, C40 high performance concrete specimens produced a certain amount of acicular and columnar ettringite, the surface structure was loose, and pore increased, in addition, plate Ca ( OH ) 2 crystal content gradually decreased with increasing of age, the concrete strength decreased, the maximum reducing value reached to 27%, what's more, the depth of neutralization increased with age, neutralization of T mode was the deepest.
