摘　　要：目的:本实验分别对4和12月龄SPF级布氏田鼠进行了血常规和血生化指标的检测,比较不同月龄布氏田鼠间的差异。方法:检测12项血常规指标,24项血生化指标。结果:12月龄布氏田鼠的平均血红细胞体积、红细胞分布宽度、谷丙转氨酶、乳酸脱氢酶、谷草转氨酶、血清总蛋白、肌酸激酶、胆固醇、免疫球蛋白、Ca、Na、Cl、K、P以及谷氨酰基转移酶高于4月龄田鼠,而血红蛋白、血小板数、平均血小板比积、平均血红蛋白浓度、血清白蛋白、血糖、肌酐、A/G以及尿素氮低于4月龄田鼠。部分指标在性别间有显著差异。结论:布氏田鼠的血液和生化指标随着月龄增长有显著变化,而且该变化存在性别差异。Objective：In order to compare the hematology and biochemical indices between the 12-month-old and 4-month-old Brandt′s voles.Methods： Twelve hematological and twenty-four serum biochemical parameters of the Brandt′s voles were measured.Results： The 12-month-old individuals of Brandt′s vole had higher values of MCV,RDW,ALT,LDH,AST,TP,CK,GLO,IgG,Ca,Na,Cl,K,P,GGT than those of 4-month-old ones;but the value of HGB,PLT,PCT,MCHC,ALB,GLU,CRE,AG and BUN of the 12-month-old voles reduced obviously compared with those of 4-month-old voles.Conclusion： There are significant changes in the value of hematological and serum biochemical parameters between the Brandt＇s voles from different month-old Brandt′s voles,and the changes differ between the sexes.
