摘　　要：目的:建立同时测定化妆品中14种邻苯二甲酸酯类和5种己二酸酯类增塑剂的气相色谱/火焰离子化检测器(GC/FID)方法。方法:化妆品样品经正己烷提取后,选用HP-5MS毛细管柱进行分离,并以蒽-D10为内标的GC/FID定量方法。结果:14种邻苯二甲酸酯类和5种己二酸酯类增塑剂的平均回收率在96.8%～109.6%之间,相对标准偏差为0.78%～4.70%。结论:结果表明,该方法简便、快速、灵敏、准确等优点,适合化妆品中邻苯二甲酸酯类和己二酸类增塑剂的同时测定。Objective：To establish a method for determination of 19 plasticizers in cosmetic samples by gas chromatography.Methods： The target analytes were extracted from cosmetic samples with hexane,cleaned-up with a SPE column.The extracts were quantitatively analyzed by GC/FID with anthracene-D10 the internal standard.Results： The recoveries of 14 phthalates and 5 adipates were 96.8%~109.6% and the relative standard deviations ranged from 0.78% to 4.70%.Conclusion： The method is sensitive,accurate and suitable for the quantitative determination of phthalates and adipates in cosmetic products.
