摘　　要：目的:比较三种不同配方的细胞生长液培养MDCK细胞效果。方法:使用不同配方的细胞生长液,在其他培养条件相同的情况下培养细胞并比较培养效果。结果:使用优化配方的细胞生长液培养MD-CK细胞,在细胞贴壁情况和细胞形态方面优于其它两种配方,有统计学意义。结论:优化后细胞生长液更适合本实验室流感病毒分离的实际工作需要。Objective：To compare the culture effect of MDCK cells by cell culture medium with different formulas.Methods： Under the same culture condition,the MDCK cells were cultured in three different formulas of culture medium,then the results were compared.Results： The optimized culture medium has better performance in MDCK cells culturing than the other two formuals.Conclusion： An optimized culture medium for the cultivation of MDCK cells was proven to better meet the practical need in laboratory.
