摘 要:目的:采用不同医用多酶洗液的洗涤实验,以确定其洗涤效果评价方法。方法:借助于超声波清洗器,采用多酶底物毛细管法和猪血毛细管法及猪血污布法评价多酶洗液的清洗效果。结果:在毛细管法中,毛细管洁净率最高的是郑酶1号;当采用污布法时,郑酶1号对猪血污布的洁净度高于其它三种。从去污值和去污值提高率看,郑酶1号也明显高于其它几种,分别为302.52%和210.37%,然后依次为3M(161.82%,66.02%),点而康(157.91%,62.01%),万福金安(146.74%,50.55%)。结论:多酶洗液对有机污物有很好的清洗效果,毛细管法和污布法用于评价多酶洗液的洗涤效果有一定的参考价值。Objective:The different multi-enzyme detergents were used for washing experiment to find the methods to evaluate the cleaning effect.Methods: With the aid of the ultrasonic cleaner,the capillary method with multi-enzyme substrate,the pig blood capillary method and the stained cloth method with pig blood were applied to compare the clean effect of different multi-enzyme cleaning solutions.Results: When the capillary method was used,the highest purification rate was Zheng enzyme No.1.While for the dirt cloth method,the cloth was more clean when treated with Zheng enzyme No.1 than that of the others.The result also showed that both the decontamination value(302.52%) and the enhanced rate of decontamination value(210.37%) were the highest with Zheng enzyme No.1,followed by 3M(161.82%,66.02%),Dianer Kang(157.91%,62.01%),Wanfu Jinan(146.74%,50.55%).Conclusion: The multi-enzyme cleaning solution has a good clean effect on the contamination stuff,and the capillary method and the stained cloth method can be used for evaluating the cleaning effect of the multi-enzyme cleaning solution.
