摘  要:目的:分析信阳市2009年-2011年流感监测结果,为本市流感预防控制工作提供科学依据。方法:使用Real-time RT-PCR和RT-PCR对病例鼻咽拭子标本进行流感病毒核酸检测。结果:2009年5月-2011年12月共检测流感样病例标本893份,流感病毒核酸阳性348份,阳性率为38.97%。新甲型H1N1流感病毒核酸阳性183份,占流感病例阳性标本的比例为52.59%。16岁~25岁年龄组新甲型H1N1流感阳性率最高(70.4%),60岁以上年龄组阳性率明显降低,两者比较差别有统计学意义(χ2=21.346,P<0.01)。结论:2009年信阳市同时存在甲型H1N1、季节型H1和B型流感病毒,暴发疫情以甲型H1N1流感病毒为主。2010年和2011年冬春季均检出甲型H1N1流感病毒。Objective:To analyze the influenza surveillance data from 2009 to 2011 in Xinyang,to provide scientific bases for the prevention of influenza.Methods: The specimens of nasopharyngeal swabs were tested for influenza virus nucleic acid by Real-time(RT-PCR) and RT-PCR.Results: Eight hundred and ninety-three influenza-like specimens were tested from May 2009 to December 2011,three hundred and forty-eight cases(38.97%) were influenza virus positive,in which 183 cases were new influenza A H1N1 positive with constituent ratio of 52.59%.The positive rate of influenza A(H1N1) in the age group at 16-25 years was highest,positive rate of the age group more than sixty years was lower obviously and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=21.346,P0.01).Conclusion: Novel influenza A(H1N1),seasonal H1 and B influenza viruses coexisted in Xinyang in 2009.The major ILI outbreak were caused by novel influenza A(H1N1).A(H1N1) influenza virus were detected in winter and spring of 2010 and 2011.
